After upgrading from 3.6 to ff 4.0 nothing has changed. it says i have 4.0 but the interface is the same as 3.6. how do i get the new 4.0 interface?

The Firefox button isn't the default on WinXP like it is on Vista and Win7.

Right-click on the Menu bar and click on Menu bar in that contextual menu to de-select it.
