Session restore doesn't work. I've used Tools and set "When Firefox starts" to "Show my windows and tabs from last time", but it doesn't happen. It has worked in the past. I'm running Windows 7. Suggestions please.

I have had unexpected restarts and I have deliberately performed a restart. In both cases, I've expected to see the message asking if I'd like to restore previously-opened screens. (I don't remember the exact wording, but it used to work). It doesn't happen now. What happened?
