When I open Firefox, I get a page with Verizon, and "b" on it. What is this?
It is a weird looking site I never saw before. I said "b is not recognized", but if i put something in search it comes up. I'm afraid this is a rogue or hijacked site and don't want to use it.
Chosen solution
- "Clear the Cache": Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thank you! I cleared the cache and now mozilla comes up normally. Didn't have to do anything else. I printed your reply in case it happens again.
