You can reload the page by pressing F5 or by pressing the reload button on the Navigation Toolbar. See Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars. Ctrl+F5 will also reload the current page and override the cache. Also See Keyboard shortcuts - Perform common Firefox tasks quickly
