The hits per page setting that ranges from a default 10 to 100 will not hold when the browser is closed

Posted

I want each page of hits for google search to contain 100 hits. I login, change the number, save the preferences, exit the browser and it is reset at 10 again. On my desktop at home this fearture works fine even if I don't log in. Why does that matter anyway. Logging in is for an account and is not required for the browser.
