When Firefox 3.5 came out a long time ago, I was ecstatic. However, upon download and launch, it crashed immediately. I didn't think too much of it since it was brand new, it might have some bugs. I went back to version 3. Today I tried to install version 3.6.3, and was astounded that the exact same thing happened; It crashed. So I went through every single guide Mozilla has related to crashes, and I uninstalled add-ons, and I disabled plugins, to no avail. It doesn't start in Safe Mode. However, version 3 and all variations of that still work perfectly fine for me. I'm running Windows Vista 32-Bit.

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database.
