Where does that error code show up?

Normally, when Firefox restores your previous session, it only restores

(A) The active tab in each window, and (B) Any pinned tabs

If your Firefox is restoring ALL the tabs in ALL windows, that could take a very long time. There is a setting to restore the default behavior. Here is how you can find it:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

More info on about:config: Configuration Editor for Firefox. The moderators would like us to remind you that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand and pause while the list is filtered

(3) If the preference has a value of false, double-click it (or click the Toggle button or Reset button at the right end of the row) to restore the default value of true

Is YouTube TV this page: https://tv.youtube.com/welcome/

I guess I don't have access.

The other part of the post relates to how Firefox starts up. It shouldn't take 15 minutes unless you are restoring way too many tabs.
