lost gmail PW and finally got it But TBird does not now work. I've used it for so long I do not have a TB password???

I have used TB a long time. It is not now working. I never had a Password? I do have a Mozilla PW (not given here) donated several years ago. This is the story. I got a new phone. Didn't remember my Google PW. The sales man decided to redo my PW. It screwed up Google. Now I get the screen attached. The screen does not work and Thunderbird does not RUN. I get calendar and can write but not send or receive??? Second screeen See attachment. All my mail is via GMail. Perhaps I need to remove TB and reinstall???? Please help this TEXAN in Humble, TX tele <redacted> HELP
