I don't recall having a phone as option and if your email is blocked from access there there nothing any user on here can do as no one has access to your account.

Could you give some more details on the problem? For example, are you using one of the popular sites to access your mail in Firefox (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo), or your internet service provider's site, etc.? Is there any error message about why your Inbox or other folders don't show message, or are they just blank?
