Firefox is a web browser. The makers Mozilla does not have any email service for the general public as you cannot get a @firefox.com or @mozilla.org email if that is what you asking for.

You can view your email in the Firefox web browser as most email services have some form of webmail aka web based email site as a well known example is gmail.com. To view/download and manage email accounts on your computer you will need a email client, for example Thunderbird.
