Last tab as Opening Screen not working

I've setup the Opening Screen on the Firefox iOS app to be set as Last tab, but Firefox keep opening a new tab every time I open the app.

I enabled "Jump Back In" in assuming it would jump back to the previously opened tab after closing the app, but it doesn't work.
