I had to change to Comcast e-mail and have lost my ability to receive e-mail in firefox.

I believe I need to change the password in the Firefox setting to upload from Comcast. Help me please. If you have the ability to open a chat line it would be helpfull. There is no warning from Comcast e-mail so I have to periodically open it to see if I have any new e-mail.

You don't receive emails in Firefox, you only view them. Are you using Thunderbird? This Firefox Desktop support page.
