Firefox browser isn't a AV program the AV is detecting your on a malware site and alerting you.

Are these small popups on the bottom right corner of Firefox windows?. If so these these may be web push notifications from one or more sites you have allowed to send you notifications from. Unfortunately some may send you junk, spam, fake virus alerts and such instead of useful information. You can revoke these sites.
