Firefox and Mac OS sequoia

There are reports of conflicts between Firefox performance and Sequoia, how to resolve it? I would like to update from my current MacOS and I‘m not willing to give up Firefox as my primary browser. Could I get advice when it‘s save to update? Best regards RB
