Firefox Broken on Treasury Direct Login Page

When you click "Next" button it opens in a new tab the following URL:

https://www.treasurydirect.gov/RS/UN-Display.do

Produces a "page not found" error. Works perfectly on Chromium, Chrome & Vivaldi.
