Advise any setting I need to change or identify/fix the bug, whichever is appropriate.

Chosen solution

I need to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection to make it work.

You can check for issues with Enhanced Tracking Protection. Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console for relevant-looking messages like about blocked content.

Show us what you're getting. I do see an issue, but I turn off Ghostery and it works. see screenshot What blockers are you running

I get much the same as your first screenshot (screenshot attached - if I've done things correctly). However, I don't have Ghostery so can't turn it off. I have PrivacyBadger but turning that off has no effect. To further confuse issues the site displays fine in Firefox on my tablet.

The screenshot you provide is not useful because it only shows what in the browser window when most of the time the issue is above that. Post a full browser screenshot like mine using snippit in Windows.

Your issue is most likely an add-on or ETP. see screenshot
