It tells me to Sync and save data. That option doesn’t appear when following the instruction to click on the 3 bars shown, so what do I REALLY have to do?

Hi

If you are signed into Firefox Sync, that menu option should be replaced by your Firefox Account email address. Selecting that will present the Firefox Sync option in Firefox for iOS.
