No Password Manager Login

Just updated to V 110.0 64bit

Password manager offers no log-in field.

In the pop-up warning bar I see an instruction to and a button that says "log in", but clicking it takes me back to the same place. I never see a fillable field.

Just going into and out of Troubleshooting mode seems to have resolved this issue

Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Logins and Passwords section. To prevent Firefox from saving logins and passwords for a certain website, click the Exceptions… button to the right of Ask to save logins and passwords for websites and add the website URL.
