Can't Add Saved Credit Card

I am unable to use the Firefox feature to store a saved credit card. When I attempt to do so I enter all the CC details accordingly, but clicking the "save" button results in no action taken. The cc modal just sits there and nothing happens no matter how many times you click save. Please advise.
