Windows 11; Edge: and Bing

On startup Bing keeps popping-up. Replaced computer and thus went from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The biggest mistake I made!! In any event Windows 11 installs Edge and Bing automatically but makes it very difficult to uninstall? Tried it and it screwed up my new computer. I just want Fire Fox and DuckDuckGo for my browsing. What is easiest way to do this? Delete Edge; Bing; or stop Bing from popping up on start. I have spit over 40 hours and research. I am about to give up and go to Apple.
