I get this when connecting to the National Lottery. How can I permit connection? Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.national-lottery.co.uk. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Screenshot of the actual errors helps others verify what is happeing and what is the actual URL your using? If this is a login site that will be harder to narrow done the problem. Also try Private Mode windows with all Addons disabled and see if you have issue or none. If non that means you have either Addons or Extensions causing issues with the logins. Also make sure you don't block cookies as that will prevent your access it as well.
You can try to disable DNS over HTTPS.

Are you using a proxy or VPN?
You can check the connection settings.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
