When trying to reply to an Optimum Online email and making a correction I can only delete one letter at a time. The cursor disappears after each letter is deleted and must be replaced using the mouse. The problem is not present when using CHROME. Optimum support confirms that it is a FIRE FOX problem.

You sure your not using Addon that blocks cookies or popup to cause the email issue.
