Problem logging into Immobilse account using Firefox

I cannot log in to my Immobilise account using Firefox under Window 10. I tried using Google Chrome ( as advised by Immobilise support) and this worked OK. I used to be able to do it using Firefox but haven't needed to for a while, so I don't know which update has caused this. The problem is that once I have entered my email address and password the 'Login' button remains ghosted and the pointer stays as a No Entry sign.
