The standard toolbar File, View, etc missing

I just noticed the standard toolbar (I hope thats the right term) is not there. It use to have the standard stuff: File, View, etc. How do I get it back?

Hi jworks, To show the Menu bar Press the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar.

To always show the Menu bar: Right-click the top of the Firefox window and click Menu bar.

Alternatively: Click the Menu button, click More Tools… and choose Customize Toolbar…. A new Customize Firefox tab will open. Click Toolbars at the bottom left of the window and click Menu Bar. Click Done to save your changes.
