Since I purshased Malewarebytes VPN, Firefox has been either slow or unable to open sites that were fast and routine before.

Before the VPN Firefox was working, but while using the VPN it's not working as it should. Sounds like you will need to contact the VPN provider support. https://forums.malwarebytes.com/
