Switching to specific tab when using different keyboard layout

I usually switch to specific tab using command + number

the issue is when I switch the keyboard layout to Lithuanian it donsn't switch tab.

I tried this switching with Lithuanian layout on chrome and safari and it switches properly

am I missing some option?
