When I agreed to the newest version of FF, it deleted a portion of my mail.com program. I would like it back. Please help. (I am not a technophile).

Firefox uses add-ons and not programs.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Are you having issues with the website? Or are you using Thunderbird?

No error messages. I used to get this little brief news piece when I logged off of mail.com. It has disappeared since I opted for the newest version of FF. I would like to get it back.

I used to get this little brief news piece . . .

Was this part of the webpage, or a pop-up/separate window?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
