After add the Firefox relay extension I've been having issues with my PC. I've recently took the extension off, but now I'm having issues getting to some government websites that I need for my business. I really need someone to contact me ASAP.

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Please remove that information from your post.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
