High ping when any type of video is playing

Hi,

Recently whenever I watch any video, wether it'll be on YouTube, Twitter, Reddit etc. my ping will instantly shoot from ~20 to anywhere from 100-200. I have tried everything from restarting it, removing all my extensions etc. and nothing seems to work.

I have tested it and it only happens when a video plays, even if I minimize the browser it will still happen.

What do you suggest I do? Because I can't use my browser for the main reason I use it for.
