A recent update changed the spacing of links in my favorites folders. It would be great if you could include a spacing option for the user. I absolutely hate the double spacing. It's horrible.

Chosen solution

In Firefox 93+ you can reduce the bookmark menu spacing by enabling compact mode. You need to enable "Density -> Compact" via the about:config page.

Note that "Compact" is no longer present by default as a Density choice in Customize.
