If you mean with old ESR version 78.xx.0 ESR and with new version 91.xx.0 ESR then there is no difference when it comes for what kind of businesses it is aimed at. Firefox 78 is reaching end of life and 78.15.0 will be latest 78 ESR and 78.15.0 ESR will followed up by Firefox 91.3.0 ESR.
