Firefox has problem signing-in my profile in a website

Hi. Since a couple of days I cannot sign-in in my amazon profile from Firefox: after I put my email, the page stay "thinking" and waving indefinitely the point up in the label (see pic). It never happened before. I've tried with other browsers and everything is alright, so it'd be for Firefox. I've tried all the basic standard solutions (to restart the system, refresh Firefox, update the system and antivirus etc.). I use windows 10 (64bits) with avast in a laptop ASUS, RAM 4MB, celeron 3. Please, check it: Firefox is my default browser. Thank you very much. Regards, Mikel.
