I've been having an issue with firefox when trying to load my emails in aol. I don't have this problem with other browsers. After logging in with user name and password, there is a consent page that pops up. After answering that prompt, the emails should start loading. It's been taking almost 2 minutes to load. I thought that by updating to the latest version, 91.0, today, that problem would cease. It hasn't. Any ideas?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I was able to find the profile folder but I was too afraid to attempt anything else! I would probably make matters worse. I am not very tech savvy and 61 years old, so..... Any other ideas would be appreciated. I did uninstall Firefox and when prompted to respond why, I checked the "I am having problems with it" and then checked I wanted to update. I am still having the same issue. I was wondering, though, should I have not checked the update option and just uninstalled and then installed as if totally new? All of my settings were the same.

Select to create a new profile.

Sometimes what happens is the user profile has something, a setting or an add-on, that causes a problem.

By using a new profile, we can see if that is the case.
