I am no longer able to connect to my tangerine bank account with Firefox. I have no problem with Safari. I cleared the cache and deleted the cookies, to no avail. i have iMac with Macos 10.15.7 and Firefox 70.22 78.12.0

Is there a reason you are using an old version of the browser?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
