how do I "personalize" so that I can get rid of all of the "rectangles" in Firefox 89. It is extremely distracting. For obvious reasons I do not want to go to Chrome, but am tempted. 89 is so cluttered -- and is too bright (despite all of my changes to gray, the migraine-inducing bright white is still on many things like this discussion box.
