There are two ways to solve this problem:

1) You can right click on an empty part of the page -> You can see a menu -> Select "Take Screenshot".

2) Click the menu button -> Select Customize Toolbar (A special tab will open, where you can drag and drop items in or out of the overflow menu and the toolbar) -> Drag the "Screenshot" item to the toolbar -> Click Done.

There is a link here, you can take a look.

I've tried both the suggested options in today's update 89.0.2 and neither one works in either regular mode or private browsing, which has sometimes worked when regular mode didn't. I have turned off and restarted add-ons one at a time, but that didn't work. Is there another suggestion?

You can check on the about:config page if this feature is still enabled and extensions.screenshots.disabled = false.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can click the button to "Accept the Risk and Continue".

Thank you so much, the setting was false so I made it true and turned it back to false, now screenshots works again. I'll make note of this for new updates.

This might have been an issue with the startup cache.

If you notice such an issue again then you can try to clear the startup cache via the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page.
