i use a lenovo thinkpad and when i'm in the tablet mode, if i open firefox, the virtual keyborad appears one second and then disappears? it's only with firefox, the virtual keybord works on chrome and edge? thanks

I believe the issue you are experiencing is related to a lack of memory. Unlike the other browsers FireFox uses a lot of memory, aka Ram.

btw: Does your tablet allow you to access its graphics card settings? If so, I am leaning towards disabling the options/features that allow applications to control the GPU. In this case we would want FF not to have permission to control your graphics subsystem.
