WidevineCdm crash on hulu and hbomax

I keep getting a crash notice when I try to watch Hulu that prevents me from playing anything. It says "WidevineCdm plugin has crashed" and gives me an option to reload, but it pops up again when I reload. How do I fix this? If it helps my crash report ID is bp-b9dc86c3-0580-4fb3-b7d3-86b6d0210506

Unfortunately Widevine CDM 4.10.2209.1 no longer supports Mac OS X 10.9 and 10.10 (minimum is 10.11).

Note: The current version of Google Widevine is no longer compatible with older macOS versions such as OS X 10.9 and 10.10. Only macOS versions 10.11 and above are supported.
