Publix in Florida is distributing Covid vaccines using this website: https://www.publix.com/covid-vaccine/booknow The site refreshes every minute and it is suggested you not manually refresh. If there are appointments available, it changes to display a couple of buttons "Wait" and "Book Now". Microsoft Edge displays the buttons on the time that they advertise appointments will be available. Firefox does NOT change - it seems to ignore the auto-refresh. You have to stop it (kill it completely) and restart. I had been relying on Firefox and never got through. Being old, I started an Edge window as backup - just in case - and got my Appointment using EDGE. This problem almost cost me a VACCINE APPOINTMENT!!!!
