Cannot Print Shipping Label From Ebay

I tried printing an eBay return shipping label which was two pages and it would only print the second page. I tied saving the print to pdf and I would get an error message. The pop-up off what was to be printed showed the label and I even chose print page 1 of two but only the second page printed. I then used Chrome to print the label and it did print it properly.
