Printing from Local newspaper, or internet in general, printer defaults are overridden.

Recently when I print articles from our local paper [or internet in general], the print screen is presented twice[newspaper only], and the 2-sided feature is activated, not my printer default. When I use MS Edge, or even the old IE, printing is completed exactly has it has been in previous years - within the parameters of my printer default set-up. I am at a loss; when I print PDFs, word or excel, or pictures, my printer definitions are intact, just when printing the Oregonian Newspaper or other internet pages.
