In the attached image, the big red arrow points to the name of a website opened in the first tab. That name starts with "(33) Stras..." What does the "(33)" refer to ? Thanx.

You have 33 notifications on YouTube. These may be activity on channels you subscribe & "click the bell" to or likes/hearts/replies to your comments, comments on your videos, etc. These notifications can be accessed by clicking the bell at the top right of any page on YouTube. To manage your notification settings, click your profile icon → Settings → Notifications.
