Firefox stopped auto generating new passwords.

I saved about 31 user/password pairs for one site and as I was creating 32d account Firefox stopped proposing autogenerated passwords. Usually the autogenerated password option would appear at the very bottom of the Saved passwords dropbox but now it was missing. How can this be fixed?
