I use Firefox from the early versions, mainly on Linux, never had big problems. For a few months I have been using Windows for work purposes, everything ok (more or less), except for Firefox, it crashes, and it crashes often too, also in Safe Mode.

I have the latest version of Firefox and the latest version of Windows 10. All software is updated, as well as drivers. I checked that there are no viruses, spyware or RAM errors.

MemTest LAST UPDATED : 12/04/2020 Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/ in order to check the integrity of your RAM?

You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.

Do you let Windows handle the page file or did you set a fixed size ? If you use a fixed size for the page file then try the former and let Windows handle the page file.

Hi FredMcD, thanks for the reply. I checked for errors in RAM with the recommended tool (memtest86+), and nothing. And yes, I had by default that Windows handled the page file. So unfortunately I have not solved, Firefox keep crashing.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

If Firefox crashes, please post the report number.

Yes, as I said (in the first post) I tried everything but it keeps crashing. And today I tried Thunderbird and...it crashes too.
