Credentials passwords gone
Hi guys I have a big problem here, I have CleanMyMac X on both iMac and MacBook Air. I cleaned as always the computers, and always have to log in again in the firefox browser after the computer cleaning because I also clean the cache. Alway normal. This time on both computers, after I cleaned and log out automatically from firefox sync I reckon I don't have any credentials and password anymore! Even after I log in with firefox and sync.
I would like to understand a possible practical reason and if there is a way to restore my credentials. Please understand that I ask for a clear step by step solution or discussion to my problem. Give me if there is any clear step by step information basis, I don't understand unclear codes or unclear information. I have been using the Pc and Mac for 25 years, but I do not understand geeks language or obvious (for you perhaps) kind of instructions. So please be clear and specific and I will be more than grateful for your kind help!

The Recover user data missing after Firefox update page will likely have the steps that you are looking for. It specifically says "after an update", but there are a variety of other situations where the same steps fix the issue.

If you use the Time Machine or other backup then try to restore file(s) from this backup.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder
Thank you for the prompt reply Wesley and Cor-el, but unfortunately the new profile I have inside about:profiles tried and nop no data inside the other profile. And I don't use timemachine. Reading my question again do you think that even if I have mozzilla sync a internal app on both my mac have the power to delete the my credentials? Or is just a upgrade problem of firefox?

If that cleanup application has removed the logins and you connected to the Sync account then the logins will also have been removed from the Sync server and this means that they are lost if you do not have a local backup.
