I AM A 68 YEAR YOUNG FEMALE, I AM DISABLED, AND PLAY SUPERCITY ON FACEBOOK, IT IS MY ONLY SOURCE OF FRIENDS AND ENTERTAINMENT. SUPERCITY GAME RECENTLY CHANGED FROM ADOBE FLASH TO HTML5 (NOT REALLY SURE WHAT THAT MEANS). BUT I CAN NO LONGER GET INTO THE GAME TO PLAY, AND THEY ONLY GIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CHROME BROWSER. I REFUSE TO SWITCH TO THAT BROWSER. I DON'T REALLY KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS OR WHAT A FLASH IS OR DOES, OR HTML5 FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND. I COULD SURE USE SOME HELP PLEASE, IN LAYMANS TERMS, AND LIKE ONE STEP AT A TIME. I AM RUNNING THE NEWEST VERSION OF MODZILLA, NOT EVEN SURE WHERE TO LOOK TO FIND THE VERSION. I RUN WINDOWS 10, PURCHASED AN HP AT COSTCO IN 2018, ITS A DESK TOP. I KNOW HOW TO GET TO INTERNET SETTINGS, AND THATS ABOUT IT. THANKS, CHARI

Hi, HTML5 should work fine in Firefox instead of Flash - which is now almost obsolete.

Maybe Flash is interfering, so try turning it off completely: In Firefox go to the 3-bar menu > Add-ons > Plugins, then click the three horizontal dots to the right of Shockwave Flash and set to Never Activate, then close and restart Firefox.

If that doesn't help, Try deleting ALL references to Supercity/Facebook. To do that, open the 3-bar menu > Library > History, then click the Show All History link at the bottom of the list to open the History-library window. Search for Facebook by typing it into the Search History field in the top-right corner. Now in the search results, right-click on Facebook, and select Forget About This Site. (Browsing and download history, cookies, cache, active logins, passwords, saved form data, exceptions for cookies, images and pop-ups for that site will be removed). Give it a few minutes to complete the deletion, then try the site (not from an old bookmark) again. More - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox.

(Please don't use all capital letters in your posts; it makes them hard to read and is equivalent to shouting - which I'm sure wasn't your intention!)
