Hi, I got this issue for whole year. I've reset and updated the broswer, but the problem still exist. The windows will shutdown when I want to save pictures or upload/open pictures on many platform, even on the facebook. I can only use other broswers ,like Chrome, to save or upload/open pictures. Please someone to help me to resolve this problem. Thank you a ton!
