Saved password does not always populate AMEX login

For the last week or so I've been having an intermittent problem when I log into my AMEX screen. The saved password does not always show up. I would normally left click the password field and the password would show, however for the last week or so I'm having to right click to get the "fill password" prompt. I clean cookies and cache regularly and I even deleted the saved AMEX cookie(s) and resaved them again. Sometimes it works as it should other times it does not as described above. I've not seen this problem with other web sites. The usually left click to populate the password field. No problems with the user name field. That populates automatically. I look forward to anyone's comments. Thanks
