Hi tarekoka6, as you know, Firefox updates very often and has numerous different builds. It would be better for your users to have a link to a general installation page rather than install an older version of Firefox.
This archive has ALL the installers for the last 15 years or so, in case you need to point someone to a specific release:
http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/
