I received 2 emails which I cannot delete or arrow down to read the next email. I use a screen reader to access my computer; it tells me what is on the screen. When I land on those 2 specific emails, my speech goes off and I have to use task manager to shut down the program. All I get is the message: "not responding" then everything goes south. How can i correct or get rid of that error message without having to use the task manager and restart again? I appreciate all the help you can give me. Thanks.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
